Refund Policy - the basics

At ChiroHealth Missions, Inc., we value our donors, supporters, and participants. We strive to ensure transparency and satisfaction in all transactions made through our website. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued and the process for requesting a refund.

1. Donations

As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, all donations to ChiroHealth Missions, Inc. are considered voluntary and non-refundable, in accordance with IRS guidelines. We encourage donors to carefully review their donation amount and details before submitting their payment.

However, if there is an exceptional circumstance, such as an error in the processing of the donation, or if a donation is made in error, please contact us within 30 days of the donation. We will review the request on a case-by-case basis and may issue a refund at our discretion.

To request a refund for a donation:

  • Email us at info@chirohealthmissions.org.

  • Provide your donation receipt number and the details of the issue.

  • We will respond to your request within 5 business days.

2. Event Registrations

If you have registered for an event hosted by ChiroHealth Missions, Inc. and need to cancel your registration, we may issue a refund based on the following conditions:

  • Cancellations made at least [30] days before the event: Full refund.

  • Cancellations made between [14] and [29] days before the event: 50% refund.

  • Cancellations made less than [14] days before the event: No refund.

 

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for registration. Please note that some events may have specific refund policies, which will be outlined at the time of registration.

To request a refund for an event:

  • Email us at info@chirohealthmissions.org.

  • Provide your registration details (name, event name, registration date, and payment confirmation).

  • We will process your request and issue a refund if eligible within 5–10 business days.

3. Product or Merchandise Purchases

If you made a purchase of products or merchandise (e.g., T-shirts, books, or other items) through our website, we accept returns and refunds under the following conditions:

  • The item must be returned within [30] days of the purchase date.

  • The item must be in unused, resalable condition with original packaging.

  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method, minus any shipping charges.

To request a refund for merchandise:
